All applicants wanting to work with Meadows Care Services will go through seven steps before starting work, relating to the specific checks and qualifications required. Here's what to expect.
1. Submit your application: Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
2. Application review: Your application will be assessed against our skill requirements and key selection criteria, and you will be invited to complete an online assessment.
3. Telephone interview: This online interview will help us to learn more about you and your passion and motivation.
4. Online group interview: This will help us to understand your industry experience, numeracy and language skills.
5. Reference and screening checks: All Support Workers are required to complete NDIS Disability Worker Check.
You will provide evidence of your qualifications and relevant training: Medication, First Aid, CPR, National Police Check, and Manual Handling. Evidence of both COVID vaccinations will also be required.
6. Candidate Assessment Briefing (CAB) Day: This is an online information session covering policies and procedures and staff expectations.
7. Start of employment: Welcome to the Meadows Care Services team!
